Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the events, newsletters, consulting, sponsorships, and Fellowship offered by Anwar Family Enterprises LLC, doing business as Anwar Media ("Anwar Media," "we," "us"). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter a binding contract, to purchase consulting or a sponsorship, or to apply to our programs.

Consulting is a monthly subscription priced at $1,500 per month, billed in advance through Stripe on the same day each month until you cancel.

• ♦You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
• ♦Payments already made are non-refundable, including for partially used months, unless required by law.
• ♦Unused sessions don't roll over into the next month unless we agree in writing.
• ♦We may update pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email before your next billing date.
• ♦Consulting is advisory. Results depend on many factors outside our control, and we don't guarantee any specific outcome, such as audience growth, revenue, or funding.

Sponsorships are one-time payments for a specific event, made through Stripe. After payment, we'll reach out within 48 hours to plan your placement.

• ♦If we cancel the event and can't move your sponsorship to a comparable date you accept, we'll refund you in full.
• ♦Otherwise, sponsorships are non-refundable once placement planning has started, though we may move them to a future event at our discretion.
• ♦We'll make reasonable efforts to deliver every listed placement, but exact formats, timing, and audience size may vary.
• ♦You confirm you have the rights to any logos, brand assets, or products you give us, and you grant us a license to use them to promote the event.
• ♦We may decline or refund a sponsorship that doesn't fit the event or our audience.

Event registration is handled through Luma and is subject to Luma's terms. We may change, reschedule, or cancel events, and may refuse entry or remove anyone whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe.

By attending, you agree that you may be photographed or recorded, and that we may use that content to promote Anwar Media. If you'd rather not be featured, let us know.

The events newsletter is free. Cheat Codes is a paid newsletter sold and billed through Substack, and its subscriptions, renewals, and refunds are governed by Substack's terms.

The Fellowship is free and selective. Submitting an application doesn't guarantee acceptance. We may change program details, and fellows represent themselves, never Anwar Media, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

The website, shows, newsletters, playbooks, and other materials we publish are owned by Anwar Media or our licensors. You may share links and short quotes with credit, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute our paid content without permission.

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, submit false information, or use it for anything unlawful.

We rely on Stripe, Luma, Substack, Calendly, YouTube, and other services. Their terms and policies apply when you use them, and we're not responsible for their availability or practices.

Everything we publish or share, including in consulting, is for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anwar Media won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site or an active subscription after a change means you accept the updated terms.
