This website is operated by Anwar Family Enterprises LLC, doing business as Anwar Media ("Anwar Media," "we," "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, our events, newsletters, consulting, sponsorships, and the Fellowship, and how we use it.

We only collect what we need to run the things you sign up for:

• ♦Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, company, role, and social or website links.
• ♦What you tell us in applications for the show, consulting, or the Fellowship, such as your pitch, goals, and background.
• ♦Payment and billing details when you buy consulting or a sponsorship. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• ♦Event registrations and newsletter subscriptions you make through Luma or Substack.
• ♦Basic, privacy-friendly usage data, such as pages visited, referrer, device type, and country, collected through Vercel Web Analytics without advertising cookies.

We use your information to:

• ♦Send the newsletters and event invitations you subscribed to.
• ♦Review applications and follow up with you about the show, consulting, or the Fellowship.
• ♦Process payments, deliver consulting sessions, and plan sponsor placements.
• ♦Respond to messages and provide support.
• ♦Understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• ♦Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Our free events newsletter is delivered through Luma, and Cheat Codes is delivered through Substack. When you subscribe, your email address is held by that platform under its own privacy policy as well as this one.

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we will remove you. We do not sell or rent our email lists.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do so:

• ♦Stripe, for payments and subscription billing.
• ♦Luma, for event registration and the events newsletter.
• ♦Substack, for the Cheat Codes newsletter.
• ♦Calendly, for booking calls.
• ♦Vercel, for website hosting and analytics.

Our events may be photographed or filmed, and that content may appear on our channels. If you'd rather not be featured, tell a member of the team at the event or email us afterwards.

We never hand attendee or subscriber email lists to sponsors. Sponsors may receive aggregate information, such as attendance numbers, and you may choose to connect with a sponsor directly.

We keep your information for as long as you're subscribed, an active client, or in an open application, and afterwards only as long as needed for records, tax, and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing ilias@anwarfamilyenterprises.com. Depending on where you live, including California and the EU/UK, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them. We won't treat you differently for using them.

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

This website and our services are intended for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy as our programs change. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be flagged on the site or by email.
